What we inspect on every unit

The manual check we carry out before shipping covers several physical aspects of the mouthpiece.

• Edge inspection: we remove any leftover molding flash to protect your gums.
• Uniform flexibility: we verify that the airway does not collapse under a gentle bite.
• Seal integrity: each piece is immediately packed in a sealed bag.

Why rigid plastics should be avoided

Parts made from hard plastics transfer uncomfortable vibrations to the jaw during each stride and tend to absorb odors more quickly, shortening the lifespan of the accessory.
