You can return any item purchased from Brauarchivshop within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. In this section, we explain our conditions, how to proceed, who covers shipping costs, and refund timelines.

Section · 01

Conditions

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. To be accepted, breathing practice items must remain in their original packaging, with all security seals intact, and must not have come into contact with mucous membranes or bodily fluids.

For strict health protection and biosecurity reasons in accordance with Article 103 of Spanish consumer law, returns are not accepted for any breathing accessory, mouthpiece, or nasal device whose seal or sealed bag has been opened following delivery.

How to process a return

Initial notification: send an email to [email protected] stating the order number and the reason for the return.
Receiving authorization: await written confirmation along with the return code and the address of the logistics center in Spain.
Preparing the package: pack the products in their original protective box, ensuring hygienic seals are intact, and attach a copy of the proof of purchase.
Inspection and refund: following verification of the intact condition of the returned items at the warehouse, the refund is issued via bank transfer within 3 to 10 business days.

Who pays return shipping

If the product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we cover the costs: we will provide a prepaid label or arrange for a courier pickup. If you return the item because you changed your mind, shipping costs are your responsibility, with no other deductions.

Refund timing and method

We will process the refund within 3 business days of inspecting the item at our workshop. For cash on delivery orders, we will transfer the funds to the account you provide; if you paid by bank transfer, it will go back to the original account. Typically, the bank credit takes 1 to 5 business days to reflect.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, follow the standard return process and place a new order; we will refund the original item once we receive it. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will send the new package at no extra cost.

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet shipped. Send us a message at [email protected] with your order number. If the package is already on its way to you, you will need to follow the regular return procedure.
