These terms apply to every purchase completed on brauarchivshop.shop, managed by Brauarchivshop S.L.. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of them. We recommend reviewing them alongside our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies.

The goods
Retail sale of non-medical sports equipment for mindful breathing exercises, airflow training mouthpieces, reusable nasal dilators, and training manuals on breathing applied to distance running provided by partner coaches. Each product page clearly specifies the included items, quantity, and presentation. Photographs are for guidance; boxes or outer details may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
The purchase is initiated once payment is made. We will notify you by email; the sales contract is finalized once the pieces leave the workshop. We reserve the right to decline an order if items are out of stock or if details cannot be verified, in which case we will refund any payment made.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are detailed before finalizing the order. Available payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If there is an obvious pricing error on an item prior to shipping, we will contact you so you can decide whether to proceed with the purchase or cancel it.

We explain delivery options, times, and rates in the Shipping and Payment section. Responsibility for the package passes to you once you receive it.
Product images and colours
We take photos in the workshop using the exact same items we ship to your home. Every screen displays shades with slight differences in brightness or color, so a minor variation is not considered a defect and does not warrant a refund. You will find dimensions and materials on each product page.
Transfer of risk
We look after your breathing pieces throughout their journey until the courier delivers them in person to you or your authorized recipient. From that delivery onwards, custody is yours. If you notice any damage to the box upon delivery, notify the courier and write to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You can process a return for your order within 30 days of receiving it, following the guidelines in our Returns section. In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, physical goods carry a three-year legal warranty of conformity against manufacturing defects, excluding wear and tear from normal use, lack of hygienic maintenance, or improper handling of flexible silicone materials.
- Breathing devices, mouthpieces, or oral and nasal adapters whose hygienic and biological protection seal has been removed after delivery.
- Specific training programs and digital running workout content downloaded or accessed immediately by the user.
- Goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalized for the user.
- Items that, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other elements after receipt.
- Materials with a short shelf life or unsealed perishable goods.
Liability
The total contractual liability of Brauarchivshop S.L. toward the buyer is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the products purchased in the corresponding order or to a maximum amount of 100 EUR. Nothing in this document limits or reduces legal liabilities that applicable regulations do not permit to be excluded.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years old to order products from our store. Please follow the instructions for use on the label; these items do not replace professional medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
Contractual relationships are governed exclusively by Spanish civil and commercial law. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile within Spanish territory. In the event of a dispute that we cannot resolve amicably, the matter will be referred to the courts of the seller's registered office, without prejudice to consumer rights under local law.
